LOUNGE: 72" long x 32" deep x31"overall height. FROM THE FLOOR: Frame height is 10" without mattress - 15-16" with mattress. Mattress will reach overall height of 5" - 6". The mattress is manufactured in MN. Please allow a couple of days for it to decompress after shipping.

  • MATERIAL USED: The frame is powder coated steel. Mattress and pillows material are 100% polyester. Mattress fill is 80% blended Cotton and 20% Polyurethane Foam. Pillow covers are removable and washable. Mattress cover is tufted and not removable. CARE: Spot clean. NOT WATERPROOF so do not place in an area exposed to rain.   • FABRIC FINISHES: All material is 100% polyester, but the SUEDE futons feel like suede and the LINEN futons have a linen feel. The rest are smooth finishes. 400 lbs is the maximum weight if it is evenly distributed. The frame weights 40 lbs and the mattress and pillows weigh 28#. The futon is shipped in 2 packages via FedEx and may arrive on two different days.
